How to get there
Routes to the hotel, easy access
Getting to Hotel Velario is very easy, whether you arrive by air or travel by land. Our privileged location in the historic center allows for quick and direct access, both by car and by local transport.
From the airport
The hotel is located approximately 20 minutes by car or taxi from the Tijuana International Airport. You can take the Vía Rápida Poniente towards the Downtown area and merge onto Calle Primera (Artículo 123).
From the border crossing
If you are travelling from the United States through the San Ysidro border crossing (El Chaparral), the hotel is just a 10-minute drive away. You just need to take the exit towards the Downtown area and merge onto Calle Primera (Article 123).
Arrival from the road network
If you travel by land from other cities in Baja California or from within the country, take the Fast Track or the extension of Calle Segunda towards downtown Tijuana. Afterwards, join Calle Primera (Article 123) until you reach number 7924.
